The Plant 1, Plant 2, Administration Office, Cafeteria, Lockers and Rest Areas are located inside the crushing plant. The Administration Office houses the Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments.
Plant No. 1 is a 5 to 10TPH limestone facility dedicated to producing fine and coarse limestone products that meet the specifications of feeds manufacturing companies. Some of its key equipment are a 5.0 cubic meter capacity aggregate feed hopper with a wide flange structural support; a skid supported 40HP primary jaw crusher, 2 electric and 1 diesel hammer mill, 3 vibration screens and a transported through conveyor belts. Silo Capacity is 60 tons.
Plant No. 2 is a 15 to 20TPH limestone facility dedicated to producing fine and coarse limestone that meet the specifications of coal fired power generation companies. The primary crusher is a 400mm x 600mm jaw crusher and has a capacity to produce up to 50TPH crushed material with a size of approximately 130MM.
The secondary crushing process involves a 2 cubic meter hopper, a 600 x 2400mm vibrating feeder, 150mm x 750mm Jaw Crusher, 2 400x300mm Hammer Mills, 1200mm x 3650mm 2-Deck Vibrating Screen and transported to 250 Ton capacity storage silo. A central control house is situated on the plant 2 facility to control the mechanized operations.
